Announcing SpeedEEO's New Complete AAP Package with Unlimited Monitoring
April 2006 - SpeedEEO now offers customers a Complete AAP Package that includes all of the reports and features required to build and maintain an OFCCP compliant Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) during the plan year for one low price.
With the Complete AAP Package, create your yearly analytical reports and produce monitoring/adverse impact reports as many times as you like during the plan year to monitor your AAP progress. The OFCCP requires that you perform regular monitoring and auditing of your AAP progress during the plan year, and the Complete AAP Package provides everything you need.

The Complete AAP Package provides access to the Personnel Tracking features in SpeedEEO where you enter all applicants and personnel movement (terminations, promotions, and transfers) that occur during the plan year. SpeedEEO uses the data entered to create Monitoring/Adverse Impact reports to monitor your progress toward goals set in the AAP and determine if adverse impact exists in your hiring, promotion, or termination process.
The Complete AAP Package is available for only $649 per plan year. For companies who purchase multiple plan year packages, additional discounts of 10-15% are offered.
If your current plan does not include unlimited monitoring, you can upgrade your plan online for only $370. The package upgrade is available when you select any of the Personnel Tracking features in SpeedEEO.
Please note, SpeedEEO still offers the Basic AAP Package for $279 that includes the annual AAP reports without the monitoring options. Because the Basic AAP package provides only the annual AAP reports, it is designed specifically for companies that are not required to maintain and update an Affirmative Action Plan annually. For example, this package works well for companies with less than 50 employees who are bidding on a government contract.
The new Complete AAP Package also provides the features required for the interface between SpeedEEO and our new applicant recruiting management system, SpeediARMS. Unlike other applicant recruiting management systems on the market, SpeediARMS links directly to your AAP to track all of the required information for applicants to ensure you meet the requirements of the new Internet Applicant rule.
